This top-class dressage horse embodies exceptional potential in terms of basic gaits, natural rideability, and willingness to collect.
Clearly reflecting the type of his sire line, he presents himself with considerable stallion-like presence: voluminous, compact, correct, stable, and powerfully uphill, with optimal movement and power transmission from back to front.
The top-class stallion achieved a record score of 9.20 in his 2023 performance test in Münster-Handorf. As a finalist in the 2025 Bundeschampionat for six-year-old dressage horses, he has since achieved success in dressage horse tests at the M level. His first offspring impress with their exceptionally elegant conformation and first-class gaits, including remarkable trot mechanics.
Escamillo, the sire himself a premium stallion at the 2017 Hanoverian licensing, was Vice World Champion of six-year-old dressage horses in Verden in 2021 with Manuel Domingues Bernal (ESP). He has since won several S-level dressage competitions up to Intermédiaire II and made a brilliant debut as a stallion sire at the German licensing events in autumn 2021: no fewer than 19 sons from his first crop received a positive licensing verdict, including top-priced and premium stallions; the total number of his sire sons has now grown to 38.
The dam’s sire, Sir Donnerhall I, after numerous titles throughout his career (premium stallion, main premium winner, performance test winner, Bundeschampion, Vice World Champion), is now considered one of the world’s leading dressage sires. Through the former Bundeschampion and HLP winner Fidermark and the versatile NRW top sire Frühlingsball, the maternal pedigree is excellently secured in terms of performance.
Erste Sahne represents the traditional Hanoverian dam line 367/Donadella or Noprara with a rich history in the Kehdingen region. This line has produced highlights on all equestrian stages: 32 licensed stallions, including Bogenschütze and Marmor (Celle State Stud), Riccione (Rhineland, Hesse, Switzerland), Symphonic (Warendorf State Stud), internationally successful dressage horses such as Egbert 3/Martin Schaudt, show jumpers such as Charming Choco/Markus Beerbaum, the 1960 DLG Champion Mare Duellgirl, and the 2002 Neustadt (Dosse) Champion Mare Waitaki.
